Our Academic Director Mrs. Twana Goodrich, Ed. S. is a licensed educator and administrator of 18 years. Her experience is derived from working with teachers and students in grades K-5 in neighborhood elementary schools. Her years of teaching and training are punctuated by multiple years of high test scores, and a level 5 rating from teacher evaluations and student growth scores for multiple years. Ms. Goodrich received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education at UT Martin, Master's Degree in Instruction and Curriculum at the University of Memphis, and Education Specialist degree in Education Administration from Union University.

Our Program Director is a dedicated, ambitious, and goal-driven educator with 14 years progressive experience in an elementary setting. She has documented success in providing activities and materials that engage and develop the students intellectually as well as socially.
She has built a reputation of a diligent, compassionate, and hardworking individual through her years of being an advanced level educator as well as her ability to enhance students’ performance to shape a better world for the students and empower them with knowledge. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Memphis, Master's Degree in Education Management from Strayer University, and an endorsement in PreKindergarten from Union University.
